Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Kialvo OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and processes personal data when you visit linkinablink.com (the “Site”).
It covers the marketing website only. The Link in a Blink application (sign-up, dashboard, ordering) is a separate service with its own terms, presented to you when you register.
1. Who we are
The data controller for the Site is Kialvo OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia (VAT ID: EE102265251).
For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at info@kialvo.com.
2. What data we collect
The Site does not host contact or sign-up forms, so we do not ask you for your name, email, or other identifying details here. Account creation happens inside the Link in a Blink application under its own terms.
When you browse the Site, we may process limited technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the Site. This data is collected through cookies and, where enabled, analytics — see our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we process it and our legal basis
- Security and reliability — keeping the Site available and protecting it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Audience measurement — understanding how the Site is used so we can improve it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected through our cookie banner before any analytics load.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active; analytics cookies load only after you accept them. Full details, including how to change your choice, are in our Cookie Policy.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to run the Site:
- Hosting and content delivery — our hosting provider operates the servers and CDN that deliver the Site.
- Analytics — when enabled and with your consent, our analytics provider measures aggregate Site usage.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. How long we keep it
Technical server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our analytics provider. We do not keep data longer than necessary for the purposes above.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, contact info@kialvo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or your local supervisory authority.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
